Appointment text terms.

What you receive

When you opt in, Pike10 sends an appointment confirmation and a reminder 45 minutes before your scheduled call. Expect up to two messages per booking; rescheduling may generate another confirmation and a reminder for the new time. A reminder cannot be sent 45 minutes beforehand if you book less than 45 minutes before the call. Message frequency depends on your appointments. This program does not send marketing texts.

Your choice

Opt in by choosing Yes to “Would you like Pike10 appointment texts?” on our scheduling form and providing a mobile phone number. The phone field and text-message choice are optional. Choosing No, leaving the choice unanswered, or providing a phone number without opting in does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

By opting in, you agree to receive automated appointment texts from Pike10 at the mobile number you provide. You must be authorized to receive messages at that number. Please keep your contact information accurate.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final text confirming your opt-out, after which appointment texts will stop unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email connorpmunson@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment.

Rates and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please use your calendar or booking confirmation to keep track of your appointment.

Privacy

We use your mobile number and text-message consent to operate this appointment service. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as Twilio process information as needed to deliver messages on our behalf. Read our privacy policy for details.
