Pike10 · Your information

Privacy policy.

How we handle information you share with us, from your first inquiry to our follow-up conversation.

Last updated:

Pike10 is operated by Munson Ventures LLC (“Pike10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers personal information we handle through pike10.com, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and related inquiries and follow-up communications.

01Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit a website inquiry, complete a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or schedule a call. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number, role, business name, website, location, contact preferences, and answers about your business needs. Our website form also collects time zone, decision involvement, and project details. Optional answers may include business size, revenue range, budget, LinkedIn profile, address, current tools, timeline, and notes. We retain related correspondence and appointment or follow-up records.

Our website and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, and request times to deliver and protect the site. Our inquiry form records the referring page when available. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

02How we use your information

We use lead information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs, discuss Pike10 services, prepare proposals, arrange calls, and follow up about your request. We also use information to maintain business records, prevent abuse, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.

We follow up by email or phone, taking into account the contact preference you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or automated marketing text messages. We do not upload your lead information to advertising audiences.

03Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a Pike10 lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta makes the information you submit available to us. This can include contact details prefilled by Meta and answers you provide. We use that information to respond and follow up about Pike10 services as described in this policy.

Meta separately processes information about your use of its platforms, ads, and forms under its own privacy policy. This policy describes Pike10’s handling of the lead information we receive and does not replace Meta’s policy.

04Optional appointment text messages

If you choose Yes to “Would you like Pike10 appointment texts?” when scheduling and provide a mobile number, we use that number to send an appointment confirmation and a reminder 45 minutes before your call. Rescheduling may generate another confirmation. These are appointment messages, not marketing texts. Providing a phone number or submitting a lead form alone does not enroll you in appointment texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

We record your appointment-text preference and related consent information, appointment details, and message delivery or opt-out information so we can honor your choice and operate the service. Twilio processes the phone number and message information to deliver texts on our behalf. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to service providers only as needed to operate the appointment-text service.

Reply STOP to opt out of appointment texts or HELP for help. You can also contact us at connorpmunson@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. See our appointment text terms for additional details.

05When information is shared

We do not sell lead information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We use service providers to host our website, store and manage inquiries, deliver email and optional appointment texts, support calls, and schedule appointments. These include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our customer relationship management database, email providers such as Google/Gmail, Calendly when you use our scheduling page, and Twilio for appointment texts. Relevant information is processed by these providers to support those services.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. Relevant business records may also transfer in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

06Cookies and third-party services

Services you interact with may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and security. The Calendly calendar on our scheduling page loads directly from Calendly, which may receive device and usage information and use cookies under its own policy and settings. Facebook and Instagram also use their own technologies when you interact with ads and lead forms.

You can manage cookies in your browser and through settings offered by those services. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Linked websites and services have their own privacy practices.

07Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, keep appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on the information and our relationship with you. You may request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

08Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to stop following up at any time by replying to an email, telling us during a call, or contacting us below. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, such as requesting a copy of your information or objecting to or restricting processing.

Email connorpmunson@gmail.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Where applicable, you may also raise concerns with your local privacy regulator.

09Children’s privacy

Our services and lead forms are intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post updates here and revise the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information in a materially different way.
